Q: What is our stone made from?

Natural stone - either travertine or marble

Q: I have broken stones in my box, what should I do?

Save broken stones for areas that require cuts.

Q: Can I glue my stone to the wall?

No, you must use mortar and a notched trowel

Q: Can my stone be stained by liquids?

This stone is both natural and porous, if liquids come into contact with the stone, please clean as soon as possible.

Q: Not all my stones match in color, is this normal?

Yes. Depending on where and when the stone is quarried, it can vary from stone to stone. We recommend mixing boxes during installation for an even look.

Q: Does the stone require installation?

Yes. Please follow directions on the bottom of the box.

Q: Is the stone natural or manmade?

Our stone is 100% natural quarried and cut stone.

Q: How do I do corner installations?

There are several methods for installing on corners, the best way is to stagger the overhang of the stone in each direction to alternate exposed panel ends.
