How does Installation Services work?

NewAge Products offers Standard and Premium Installation Service packages, with knowledgeable, bonded and insured local contractors who are trained on installing our products. Our Installation Services packages include moving your product to the desired location, unpacking all of your items, installation and mounting (when applicable), leveling of products, and clean up of all product packaging for disposal. Visit our Installation Services to learn more about our installation services options. The cost of the installation is dependent on the number of pieces in your set. Pricing will be available on each product page.

NewAge Products offers planning guides and a free 3D design service to help you plan the perfect set to fit your space. For more information visit our Design Services page. Am I able to alter the configuration or add cabinets to my set after I have installed them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of worktops included with your set. Since our cabinets are modular, you are able to unbolt them and re-configure how you choose, but may need to purchase additional tops or covers to properly fit your new configuration.

Am I able to substitute cabinets in a preconfigured set?

If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and are not able to be substituted. However, you are able to purchase individual cabinets to create your own set configuration, or you may purchase additional cabinets to add onto a bundled set.You can also contact one of our Sales Representatives who would be happy to assist you with your order by contacting us at 1.877.306.8930 and select the option to speak with a Sales Representative.

What kind of grill should I use?

We recommend using the NewAge Products 33" and 40" Insert Grills. Our grills have been designed to fit perfectly within the insert grill cabinets. The 33" Insert Grill Cabinet will also fit most 28" to 33" insert grills, while the 40" Insert Grill Cabinet fits most 36" to 40" insert grills.

What maintenance is required for NewAge Products Outdoor Cabinets?

If you live in a coastal area or will have the cabinet next to a chlorine pool, washing your cabinets with fresh water and a mild detergent every two weeks will keep the cabinets from weathering. What is the warranty?

All Outdoor Kitchen cabinets, as well as the Bar Cart and Prep Table have a limited lifetime warranty. However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty. What adapter do I need for the Outdoor Kitchen sink?

How do your cabinets weather? Are they really weather-proof?

NewAge Products Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are designed with a front overlap seal to protect against rain. The doors and drawers close to a 2mm gap to prevent leaves and snow from getting inside

Our two sizes of 33" and 40" Insert Grill Cabinets will cover the needs of most 28″ to 40″ insert grills.If you are unsure if your grill will fit, contact our Customer Service team with your specific grill brand and model number.

Are your Outdoor Cabinets easy to install?

Our Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets are shipped fully assembled and are very easy to install. Once you remove the packaging, all you need to do is attach the feet, place it where you want it, level and bolt the cabinets together, and screw the tops on. Depending on the size of your set, a typical Outdoor Kitchen could be unboxed and assembled in one or two days.

How are your Outdoor Cabinets shipped?

All NewAge Products orders are expertly packaged and shipped on one or more wood pallets via local delivery carrier. After placing your order through NewAge Products or one of our retail partners, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number.
